Wholesale Policies

Currently I am selling wholesale to brick and mortar and online stores. If you wish to purchase a chart, please let your local needlework or favorite online store know about me! I would love to work with them.

For wholesale ordering, below are my current buying policies

Wholesale customers can order directly by telephone, text, online or e-mail. If you send a Web or e-mail order, I will acknowledge that I received your email. If I don’t reply to your e-mail, I did not get your order!

Taxes: Orders are shipped from Arizona, USA. Orders delivered to an Arizona address will be charged the current sales tax rate.

Order fulfillment: Wholesale orders are normally packed and shipped within 1-4 business days of receipt of the payment. Orders are sent via USPS first class mail and should arrive within 3 – 7 days after shipping. International mail may take several weeks. All US customers must present a valid Resale Tax ID Certificate number to open a wholesale account. In non-sales tax states, your local business license or Federal EIN number will be accepted.

Payment: Orders placed through my online form will be invoiced via PayPal. If you wish to pay via money order or personal check, please email me for an invoice and directions for sending your payment. Your order will be shipped after your check clears payment. Cash is not accepted

Customs: I am happy to ship international orders. Orders delivered to some countries may be subject to customs fees or other tariffs dependent on the location. You will be responsible for payment of these fees. All orders will be marked as merchandise.

  • Transactions less than $25.00 cannot be processed.
  • All transactions are processed at time of invoicing and shipping.
  • Payments via credit card/PayPal 10 days after invoice date will be charged per this schedule:
    1-10 Days – 0%, 11-20 Days .5%, 21-30 Days 1.0%, >30 Days 1½% APR 18%


  • New Shop: Opening order is $75.00 with free shipping.
  • Current customers: Minimum $25.00 reorder
  • Charts: Minimum of 4 each title
  • Specialty Items – noted at time of announcement

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders invoiced at prices in effect at time of order.

Shipping: Please allow up to 14 days for processing & mailing time of orders. During exceptionally busy times, it may require a few more days to process, due to higher volume of orders. Your order is very important to me, I promise I will do my best to expedite it as quickly as possible!

Wholesale orders will be assessed a shipping fee from $3.50 to $7 for domestic orders and $6 to $18 for orders outside the United States based on merchandise total. Parcels will be shipped to the address listed with your payment information. Please use the comment section or a TIMELY email to indicate if you wish the order sent to a different address.

How do I Ship:

Insurance: Insurance is not normally provided. If your parcel has not arrived after an appropriate time, please do contact me.

United States

  • USPS First Class/Priority Mail. UPS chosen when it is the least expensive mode.
  • Priority Mail shipments available with Insurance Fee of $0.90/$100 (rounded to next 100)


  • USPS International Airmail , Global Priority and Global Priority Express International

Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, UK

  • USPS First Class or Global Priority and Global Priority Express International

All other countries

  • I will ship to a freight forwarding agent in the USA or US delivery address


  • UPS shipments automatically covered with $100 insurance. I add insurance charges to Priority Mail shipments


  • International packages insured at our lower 3rd party rate at a rate of $1.35 per $100. Value (rounded to next $100).

Please note: I assume no responsibility for uninsured lost or damaged packages

Shortages & Returns:

  • All shortages or missing items from shipments must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise including any missing embellishments noted. Returns currently are not accepted for shipped charts

Cancellation/Changes to order

  •  If you have placed an order and wish to cancel or change that order, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not yet been shipped it may be cancelled or changed easily and payment refunded as necessary. Digital orders as well as orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Refunds/Exchange: As you can imagine, due to the highly reproducible nature of printed materials, no refunds will be given. Please order carefully. If a chart is found defective (i.e. missing or unreadable pages) I will cheerfully replace the copy, please email me as soon as possible upon receipt.
